CX Clinic a go

I've decided to go ahead with another Cycle-Smart cyclocross clinic this fall. Adam Hodges Myerson won't be able to make it this year but Ben Turner has said he can fit it into his hectic schedule again. I'm excited as it was a lot of fun last year and it was especially cool to see all the people attend the clinic and then do so well at the races!

I still have to figure out the financial side of the arrangement. Last year I had the proceeds from the film/silent auction to subsidize the cost and make it more affordable. I've had some conversations with people but nothing has worked out yet. I'm sure it will though. So if you didn't make it to last year's clinic you should plan to come this year! And if you want to be a sponsor let me know.

The date is not yet set as I'm waiting to see if the Minneapolis folks want to split some travel costs and hire Ben one of the days of the weekend. Right now Aug 19/20 is the best possibility. If Minneapolis decides not to hire Ben then other dates might be possible as well. Setting the date is one of the most difficult things between Ben's schedule (he works with team TIAA-CREF and travels to some of the races with them) and all the events going on around here. I'll let everyone know when it is finalized so you can get it on your calendar.
