Everyone's riding but me
It seems like everyone is doing threshold work but me . . . Chris is. Mark is. What's up with the world! It's January. Not to be outdone by all the people seriously training for bike season, here is the top secret MadCross Thursday workout routine that is available now to MadCross blog readers only:
1. Bike home from work
2. Jog for 25 minutes and do a little ski bounding up a nice little hill
3. Do agility ladder drills
4. Jump rope in between the agility ladder drills
5. Do some balance ball strength/core stuff
6. Do a bunch of pilates strength/core stuff
7. Stretch
There you have it the secret MadCross workout. This is the kind of workout you won't find just anywhere. Keep reading and I promise to offer more training tips just like today's to keep you off that trainer!

It sounds sick, but I sort of wish I could do core work -- the ribs won't let me though ...
sounds fun! I miss my core workouts... time to get to the gym and hit it!
