This says it all

I think this sums up my work discussion today over how Managers will soon be in charge of managing the overuse of paper, pens, and staples for our employees. Pen run out of ink? My staff better have a damn good reason and have proof that they've taken notes at a lot of meetings or I will be denying the request. Use up your staple allotment for the month? I guess you'll just have to rip the corner and fold it over. I wouldn't want my staff to appear wasteful!

I'm sure that my professional staff will appreciate having to come to me every time they run out of tape or staples.
