The Capitol Velo Club is very excited to announce that in 2006 they will be partnering with the Schwinn Regional team in promoting the best cross race ever held in the state of Wisconsin.
Is that too bold a statement? Maybe but it is the goal. I'll admit that I would love to find a location that allowed an even better course than Badger Prairie (although the County Park Dept is so nice to us it would be hard to leave). However, when it comes to all the other amenities of a great cross race - food, drink, prizes, announcing, music, and much more - this will be the best yet. Mark your calendars for Sunday, October 1 as you will not want to miss this event!

Crap-o-la! That's the one weekend of 'cross I'm going to miss this year. I suppose celebrating 10 years of marriage is important? Even if we're celebrating 4 months late?
